Welcome to Cabaret Development LLC. We have been providing products/services/programs to individuals, non-profit organizations and corporations in the US and abroad since 1991.

The President of Cabaret Systems, Inc. and Cabaret Development, Jeff Henry, has been involved with the hospitality  industry since 1984.  He began working with Squirrel© POS Systems in 1987 and, using his POS expertise, opened Cabaret Systems in 1991.Once established he and partner Bill Perkins began Cabaret Development in 1996.  Cabaret Systems has expanded  our product offerings by adding Maitre' D POS Systems to the inventory and is seeing large success with it as well.

Cabaret Development is headed by Stan Ault, a seasoned technical pro who has been in the industry since 1981.  Stan started in the computer field in 1975, after joining the US Air Force.  During his 6 years of service he completed training in machine language, Pascal and Dbase (Fox) and finished his degree after separation from the Air Force.  He was a director with Squirrel Companies for 7 years prior to coming to work for Cabaret Systems in 1995.  Stan has been and continues to be a valuable asset to the success of our company.

The Director of Quality Assurance and Support, Dan Willis, has worked in just about every facet of the hospitality industry.  In the early 1990's, he moved exclusively to hospitality point of sale systems and in 1997 he joined the Cabaret Development Team.  Dan has played a central role in the development, implementation and customer satisfaction for Cabaret Development.

Cabaret Development team draws heavily on the vast expertise of the support team with Cabaret Systems. 

Technical assistance is provided by Jeff Payne.  Jeff came to us from Squirrel Companies back in 1996 with his vast knowledge of POS hardware, computers, networking and troubleshooting. 

Our Maitre'D support comes to us by way of Sean Garison.   Sean's main support is with Maitre'D but also helps man our support center, does installations,  training and helps in the development of our Maitre'D products.  

Besides Jeff Henry's years of working with Squirrel we are very happy to have Robert Alleva heading up our Squirrel support team   Bob was in on the ground floor of the new Squirrel products and knows the System and software very well. 

Cabaret Development software has to go through lots of testing after developement and for that we are very appreciative of Brian Titler.    When Brian is not testing software, he helps our 24/7 support center and also can be found doing installs of Maitre'D and Squirrel Systems.  

For accounting and all the paperwork that is required to keep a development company in the black we look to Beth Gordon.   Beth came to us from somewhere out west to be close to her family here in Charlotte.  

One of the most important aspects of our company is sales.   Though we market our product directly we also offer our products through many dealer in the US and Canada .
